This looks to be a good place to exchange birding info! I'll be checking it regularily. I have a question. Can we attach photos directly from our computer to the message we are posting? Rather than supplying a link to the photo? It's really nice to be able to see the photo(s) right there along with the narrative.

Also, does this forum support profiles of the posters and avatars (small pics of the poster)?

Gus, I had the same question and I understand from Betsy that we have to use links. Betsy's out of town for a few days (looking for her first Green Jay in the Lower Rio Grande Valley :) ).

When she gets back, maybe she can clarify for sure.

When posting, you can click on the small image icon at the top of the post window. It will ask you for the URL to point to the image. You will need to have the image hosted somewhere for it to be viewed.
This will not work correctly for the quick reply window at the bottom of each page, You need to click the reply button to get to the proper reply window.
