I swung by Cedar Ridge Preserve on the way home from work today and found a female Merlin. She was perched on a snag near the Five Senses Garden. The only picture I could get was a silhouette: http://djringer.com/birding/2007/01/26/wizard-falcon/

Hey, David. I grew up in Duncanville. It's a small world. Anyhow, thanks for letting me know that. I am going to head there and try to find her. I have been anxious to get more raptor pics. :)
