Yellow Bellied Flycatcher?

I have been seeing these ever so often, not very numerous, over the past three weeks or so. I finally was able to get a pic of one. Am I correct?

I am going to say that is a Western Kingbird, Maestro. Several of them look similiar but think the Western is more likely to be seen....as far as I know.

Nice shot, you got one on a barbed wire fence. Practically all of them I see are on power lines.
