There were not a lot of birds today, but it ended up being a nice list with a few FOS. I was really happy to see the BC Hummer in the same place where I suspect it nests. A female Cooper's Hawk was soaring today with the white rump feathers fully fluffed. I only see this during nesting activity. I hope it means they are nesting again this year. I also thought I saw a newly invented species today. I was getting warbler neck chasing a small bird in the canopy of a massive Live Oak. I finally got onto the flitting bird only to find it was a Carolina Wren! I guess it had an identity crisis and a wanna be Carolina Warbler.

Here is the full list of birds from Arbor Hills today.
