Tawakoni CBC?

Hi,

Is the Tawakoni CBC going to happen this year? If so, when? It is not listed on the Audubon CBC page, but then again neither was Dallas nor Lewisville.

I don't believe so, Sheryll. Richard Kinney has to work tomorrow -- he wrote some of us that there would be only one person available to do the CBC, which is hardly enough.

So the Tawakoni count is usually the 27th? Or the last Sunday in December?

I am frustrated at how many of the best NCTx CBCs are all clustered on the same days. December 19 was Dallas, Ft Worth, Tyler, and Hagerman. December 20 was Lake Ray Hubbard. December 26 is McKinney, and December 27 is Lewisville. At least VCDB stands alone on the 31st. January 1-5, no area counts (per the Audubon website)!

I realize that weekends bring out the most counters but there is an entire eligible weekend with no CBCs in this area this year.
